Describe room accommodations (view, decor, cleanliness, etc.): Average Room decor...View was excellent. We were on the 6th floor.. Full view of the ocean! Inside hotel/lobby was beautiful, had vines hanging all the way down from the opened top ceiling. Was about 10 stories up. Room was clean, but
had half of the light bulbs burnt out, Bed was as hard as a brick.
Describe food/meals (presentation, quality, etc.): Food quality was terrible. Nothing to choose from.
Describe staff and service: Lobby staff was excellent. In restaurants, no one barely understood you! Lousy restaurant service. You ask for something, they took forever getting it to you!
Onsite Activities: Golf course, arcade, tennis, motorized sports for a charge
Offsite Activities: free admission to the disco
Local Points of Interest: in the heart of Cancun
Value for the cost?: Poor...... should not be a 5 star hotel!!
Overall Rating (10 being best)?: 4...only for it's looks!!!
